- Check-In: For spa services, please check in 30 minutes prior to appointment. Present your gift certificates, coupons or special offers at the time of check-in.
- Service Charge: A service payment plus 20% will be added all Spa / Salon Services and Packages upon check in. Additional Gratuity is at your discretion.
- For Your Pleasure: We are a non-smoking environment. We provide lockers, robes and slippers. Please bring a bathing suit.
(note: Guest should arrive 30 min. prior to their scheduled appointment time in order to check in and prepare for services. Guest arriving late may have their services shortened so therapist run on time).
We Suggest:
• Drink plenty of water before and after your spa visits.
• If you have any medical conditions, please advise your therapist.
• You may want to rest after heat treatments and refrain from any invigorating activities for the day.
• Please leave jewelry at home. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen jewelry.
• Pregnant women should refrain from receiving any heat treatments.
- We do not recommend drinking any alcohol during or prior to services.
- Sixteen (16) years old is the minimum age requirement for all body services.
